Direct Engagement.
Our model allows for no ‘middleman’. You engage with and access the person doing the work directly. Your instructions, training and mark-ups are not disseminated through a third party or team leader tasked with ‘passing on your instructions’. Expect the same productivity from your offshore staff members when compared with a local.
Defining success is paramount when engaging with MOT. In partnership we will carefully develop clearly defined measurement tools and benchmarks, ranging from a commercial, whole of business prospective through to your individual staff members’ day to day output.

- We are a wholly owned Australian family business. Expect traditional values and an exceptional level of customer care throughout your engagement with MOT.
- All agreements are with an insured Australian business, under Australian jurisdiction and all fees are delivered in Australian dollars.
- The staff work 40 hours per week. It is entirely up to you what hours they work and the days. Night shifts are available, and we can be creative in how we structure your offshore team. Most customers opt to ‘match and mirror’ their working hours.
- Our contracts are simple, transparent and operate on short termination periods. We rarely have clients exit the business.
- The overarching majority of our customers have been engaged with the business for several years and it is extraordinarily rare for a customer to not engage multiple staff members and grow their team through our business.
- We have two types of fees only. A once-off onboarding fee. And a recurring monthly invoice.
- Over the years we have worked with companies of all sizes globally. Our IT team are well versed in working with our customers to integrate your offshore team into your business from an IT perspective. Expect a simple and stress-free integration process. We will tackle the IT elements very early-on in our engagement process.
