The staff work 40 hours per week. It is entirely up to you what hours they work and the days. Night shifts are available, and we can be creative in how we structure your offshore team. Most customers opt to ‘match and mirror’ their working hours.

Our contracts are simple, transparent and operate on short termination periods. We rarely have clients exit the business. The overarching majority of our customers have been engaged with the business for several years and it is extraordinarily rare for a customer to not engage multiple staff members and grow their team through our business.

We have two types of fees only. A once-off onboarding fee. And a recurring monthly invoice.
